I’m currently recruiting for an experienced Sales Executive to join a well-established and high-performing dealership team based in Knaresborough. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a respected and forward-thinking business offering one of the most exciting vehicle lineups in the market today.
With a brand-new range of vehicles launching, the site is preparing for an increase in demand - and we’re looking for one exceptional individual to help meet it!
What’s on offer:
1. A 5-day, 40-hour work week, with every Sunday off, plus another day off during the week
2. A Company Car
3. £22,000 basic salary with a commission structure that genuinely rewards performance – realistic OTE £45,000+

Your role will include:
1. Guiding customers through the full sales process - from initial enquiry and test drive to finance options and vehicle handover
2. Offering advice on finance, insurance, and add-on products
3. Building strong relationships with customers to identify their needs and exceed expectations
4. Providing first-class customer service throughout the buying journey
5. Proactively generating leads and new business through prospecting
What we’re looking for:
1. Previous experience as a Sales Executive within the motor trade is essential
2. A strong track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets
3. Someone who brings the 5 unteachables: Drive, Attitude, Talent, Character, and Energy
4. A professional, honest, and customer-focused approach
5. A full UK driving licence
