THE ROLE: We're seeking a proactive and customer-focused individual to join the Customer Service team. You will handle order processing, respond to customer inquiries, and collaborate with the warehouse team for efficient dispatch. This is a fast-paced role, perfect for someone who enjoys variety and can hit the ground running. Process orders via email, including invoicing and shipping. Provide customer support via phone and email, assisting with queries and product information. Coordinate with the warehouse for timely order dispatch. Assist the sales team with customer inquiries and product details. THE PERSON: Ideally you will have 1-2 years in Customer Service or Sales and will have excellent communication skills. You will have a confident phone manner, strong written skills, and the ability to multitask.
