Data Engineer - Ecommerce - Manchester Data Engineer with strong experience in Data engineering with scripting & automation in SQL, Python or similar, Data operations, data warehouse & ETL is required by a Manchester based Ecommerce Company who work globally. This is a unique opportunity to work on a new greenfield project, streamlining complex data operations, developing automation solutions, and ensuring seamless data consistency across multiple platforms, regions, and products. Experience required: Strong technical expertise in: Scripting and Automation: Proficiency in Python, SQL, or similar languages. Database Management: Experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and data warehouse solutions. ETL Processes: Hands-on experience in building and optimizing ETL pipelines. Solid understanding of data management principles, including data cleaning, transformation, and accessibility. Ideally experience working with e-commerce platforms and managing data across global markets and channels is highly desirable. Strong communication skills to effectively bridge technical solutions with operational requirements. In this role, you will work with data that is inputted into e-commerce platforms spanning multiple countries and channels.
