Radis Community Care have an opportunity for an experienced HR Generalist to primarily support the HR Shared Services Administration Manager. The job holder will join a busy HR administration team of four, and will have the capabilities to execute tasks within a fast paced and pressurised work environment. The team is currently transitioning from a decentralised HR department to a centralised HR shared services function, supporting in excess of approx 2500 employees.
About the role
The HR Generalist is responsible for completing a variety of tasks to support the daily operations of the HR department.
* Assisting the HR Shared Services Administration Manager (HRSSAM) on a day-to-day basis
* With the guidance of the HRSSAM co-ordinate and prioritise the daily workload of the HR administration team to ensure they are collectively meeting deadlines
* Support the implementation of new HR processes both within the HR Admin team and the wider business
* Dealing with day-to-day HR queries from both management and employees in a speedy and professional manner
* Maintain accurate records in the company’s HR Information System
* General HR administrative duties
Skills and Qualifications required for the role
The Human Resources Generalist will need the following experience:
* Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Human Resources
* CIPD Level 3 as a minimum
* Competence in various Human Resources functional areas; recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, etc.
* Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to Human Resources
* Ability to handle highly confidential information in a professional manner
* Demonstrates an elevated level of judgment and discretion
* Self-starter, with a "let's get things done" attitude
* Must possess a high sense of urgency, initiative, and common sense
* Must act in a professional and courteous manner, and demonstrate an ability to work with a diverse group of individuals
* Great attention to detail
* Ability to work independently
* Strong ability to multi-task and work well in an environment subject to changing priorities and demands
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to communicate with all levels within the organization
* Demonstrated ability to be a team player with a positive attitude
* Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
