Renowned for its exceptional spaces and impeccable service, the venue hosts a diverse range of events, from high-profile corporate gatherings to unforgettable private celebrations, including weddings and social occasions.
As part of a collaborative team, you'll play a pivotal role in driving sales, building client relationships, and ensuring every event exceeds expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Client Engagement
* Respond to inquiries promptly and professionally, converting leads into confirmed bookings.
* Establish and nurture strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and private individuals.
* Conduct venue show rounds, presenting tailored solutions to meet client needs.
* Collaborate with clients to plan and coordinate events, ensuring all details align with their vision and budgets.
* Prepare and issue contracts, proposals, and event schedules with precision and accuracy.
* Maintain an organized booking system, ensuring effective communication across departments.

* Previous experience in a sales or coordination role within the events or hospitality industry.
