We are looking for a passionate Kitchen Manager to manage the kitchen at our scenic hotel in the heart of the New Forest. As Kitchen Manager, you'll play a key role in overseeing kitchen operations and food production, producing great quality food for our guests while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene. This role is a practical one that involves cooking and would be perfect for a CDP or Jr Sous chef looking for something slightly different. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage our small kitchen team, ensuring high standards of food preparation and presentation. Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations. Monitor food costs and inventory. Ensure smooth kitchen operations. Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure excellent guest satisfaction. The Ideal Candidate: Whilst these skills are desirable, training will be given in use of computer software and cost management etc Looking to gain experience in a kitchen management role. Excellent knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards. A passion for food, quality, and customer service.
