Job Responsibilities
* Assist the Head Chef in the daily operations of the kitchen.
* Lead and inspire the team to deliver consistent, high-quality dishes.
* Ensure all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards.
* Oversee stock management and ordering to maintain efficiency and reduce waste.
* Maintain strict compliance with food hygiene and health & safety standards.
* Contribute to menu development with creative and innovative ideas.
