The Inside Sales Executive role is a predominantly office based sales position focused on driving revenue, through transaction, Land & expand sales motions, with new and existing customers. The successful candidate will be responsible and accountable for the overall sales processes from prospecting, initial contact, qualifying, quoting, closing and managing the opportunity. An additional key activity will be driving qualified leads and establishing sales visits for the Client and Sales Account teams. The Inside Sales Executive must present and demonstrate capabilities and services to prospective and existing clients. Will be accountable for ensuring the client requirements are understood and communicated within efficiently and effectively. This position reports directly to the Senior Vice President of EMEA Sales. The SVP of Sales will provide direction and support to the Inside Sales Executive regarding sales development and improvement, career development and client satisfaction. The position will also lead initiatives as assigned with partners and customers. This position must have the ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships both internally and externally. Excellent verbal and written communication is necessary. Presentation skills and organizational skills are essential to this position. Prospecting and qualifying skills coupled with a net profit bottom line mentality is required. When required the Inside Sales Executive will be required to manage activities within a target area. The ability to forecast business accurately and have basic understanding business financial principles is essential. Working closely with specific OEM’s will be required. Understanding of marketing campaigns, product launches, and contract vehicles will be important tools to leverage. Training and learning the specific OEM and products is a requirement. The Inside Sales Executive will represent customer requirements and will play a major role in directing how products and services are sold. This position will make recommendations and be actively involved in providing feedback on products and services. The successful candidate will regularly work with a team of individuals of varying degrees of expertise and will influence internally and externally to achieve mutually desirable outcomes for customers. The successful candidate will make recommendations to internal parties and customers regarding concerns or issues, and ensure resolution of any problems working closely in conjunction with perspective or assigned clients. The successful candidate must regularly communicate answers to complex questions and respond to detailed inquiries. Is expected to protect all internal and external confidential information and must utilise discretion and judgement based on company policies and procedures. Responsible for interaction with all Operations and Corporate Services departments including, Sales, Purchasing, Accounting, Engineering, Production Operations and Logistics to ensure the successful execution of client engagements. The Inside Sales Executive is the key point of contact between Yorktel and its clients; answering queries, offering advice and introducing new products. Required Skills Knowledge of and adherence to policies and procedures. Proven inside sales experience Track record of over-achieving quota Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tool Experience working with MS Dynamics or similar CRM Excellent verbal and written communications skills Strong listening and presentation skills Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively BA/BS degree or equivalent Must be comfortable managing relationships with executive level contacts. Excellent ability to successfully interface with clients and handle multiple priorities concurrently. Able to work in a fast-paced, continuously evolving environment. Self-motivated and ability to work independently. Knowledge of sales and marketing concepts. Desire to have a successful track record of winning and closing deals in competitive environments High capacity to learn and adapt.
