My client based in St Ives is expanding their UK sales department and is looking for someone to join their Sales team on a Full Time Permanent basis. This role will include Account Management and handling incoming and outgoing calls to new and existing clients. Hours are Monday to Friday 8:30 - 5pm and offering a salary of £23-25,000 depending on experience.
Main Responsibilities:
1. The role involves building relationships with new and existing clients.
2. May include office work, on-the-road visits, and attending exhibitions around the UK.
The Candidate:
1. Excellent telephone manner and confidence in dealing with customers at different levels.
2. Computer literate, with confidence in the use of MS Office, internet, and email.
3. Accuracy and attention to detail, able to self-check.
4. Able to present self and the Company to an extremely high professional standard.
5. Able to develop and maintain excellent client relationships.
6. Self-motivated and keen to develop product knowledge and learn.
7. Able to work on own initiative as well as part of a team.
8. Able to work under pressure in a busy sales office.
9. Excellent attitude and approach towards delivering customer service.
10. Able to pay attention to detail and self-check.
