Junior Sous Chef required for a Rosette accredited country inn with rooms, salary £30,000 to £32,000 per annum.
PRS are working with an independent country inn situated in the beautiful countryside of Richmond, who require an ambitious and hard-working Junior Sous Chef for their Rosette accredited restaurant. This is a full-time permanent role with a basic salary of £30,000 to £32,000 dependent on experience, but with plenty of scope to be increased through excellent performance on an annual basis.
To be considered for this role, you will have a strong background working in a quality, fresh food environment, with an eye for detail and a knowledge of preparing quality dishes. If you have experience in a Rosette awarded restaurant, this would be advantageous; however, the key is that you have a passion to excel and enhance your culinary skills. Due to the location of this site, you will need to be a driver and have your own car. Accommodation is available at a discounted rate if required.
The Head Chef is looking for the right individual who shares a passion for high standards and who can take on instruction to learn and develop within a standards-driven kitchen operation. There is excellent opportunity for progression.
