Sous Chef Dining Pub 4 day week We currently have a great opportunity for an experienced Sous Chef to be part of a passionate brigade, led by a top chef and passionate owners. The Sous Chef will ensure high standards of efficiency in the running of their given section, delivering amazing quality dishes to a high standard and inputting ideas for the weekly and seasonal menus. You will also deputise for the Head Chef in her absence. The Perks The Sous Chef will benefit from: Salary package of up tp £43,000 £33,000 basic £8,0000/£10,000 in service £5,000 in service per annum Working alongside a top chef and established team 4 days on 3 days off. A real passion for food and creating amazing dishes. The confidence to deputise for the Head Chef in their absence, supporting with the efficient running of service. Dedication, motivation and positive Flexibility to cover shifts as required. Happy on Larder, pastry and sauce sections Passion to deliver outstanding dishes whilst demonstrating good food knowledge.
