Role:
Generate apprenticeship starts by building employer relationships and matching them with pre-vetted candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and manage new employer leads
Build and maintain client relationships
Create and distribute vacancy adverts
Present candidates to hiring employers
Complete required paperwork for apprenticeship starts
Support employers and apprentices throughout the process
Represent the company at events and networking functions
Requirements:
B2B sales experience, preferably in apprenticeships or recruitment
Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
Target-driven and results-focused
Knowledge of IT, software, and digital roles
CRM proficiency
Driving licence required
