A not-for-profit charity, based in London are looking for an Interim HR Director to lead a team in a strategic capacity. The role offers hybrid working, with a start date of November. Client Details A charity based in London Description A Interim HR Director to: - Provide strategic leadership to continue the delivery of the HR function - Provide leadership to a wider HR Team - Coach, advice and guidance managers to support delivery of strategic priorities - Lead on the strategic side of HR with a focus on culture and diversity, equity and inclusion - Lead on organisational development initiatives - Develop and embed a high performing culture, creating an inclusive work environment - Additional priorities to be discussed Profile An Interim HR Director with: - Previous experience of leading a HR team in a not-for-profit organisation - Previous experience of implementing a people strategy and strategic initiatives - Experience of leading cultural and DEI programs - Available to start from November Job Offer Interim HR Director 3-6 month role initially £(phone number removed) per annum on an equivalent day rate Start from November London based with hybrid working Open to a 4 day a working week
