We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Sous Chef to support the Executive Head Chef in managing kitchen operations. The role involves preparing Continental menus, training junior team members, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Key responsibilities include:
* Assisting the Executive Head Chef
* Preparing Continental menus with grill experience
* Training junior team members
* Managing stock and cleanliness

Requirements include previous experience as a Senior Sous Chef or Sous Chef, passion for cooking, and strong organisational skills.
