Our on-the-job training and team of experts mean you'll be set up for success.Key responsibilities and duties: Identify training and development needs through training needs analysis. Create training and development strategy to address the training needs and Company business objectives. Design training materials and programmes. Responsible for the administration, scheduling, and delivery of technical training to ensure compliance and quality standards. Line manages the Training team to ensure the smooth running of the Training Centre and attendance of all training interventions this includes but is not limited to room availability, charged forklifts, crane availability and sufficient stock of corporate materials. Key lead in the creation and delivery of an Apprenticeship programme. Coordinate external training providers/ courses. Regularly evaluate the effectiveness, success and cost benefit of training delivered. Regularly deliver Induction programme to all new employees. Manage training budget, purchase ordering and invoices in a timely manner. Manage employee enrolment for training, schedule training sessions and organise the resource to facilitate training programmes. Keep up-to-date on the latest training trends, developments and best practices. Adherence to our Quality Management Systems (QMS), Safety Management Systems (SMS), Environmental Management Systems (EMS) and all associated Business Manuals.
