A unique opportunity has arisen for a learning and development specialist in GB Retail business unit within the Corporate Risk & Broking segment of the WTW business.

As a learning and development (L&D) specialist you will develop insights from internal and external research to identify knowledge and skill gaps, develop and deliver meaningful development interventions through a variety of mediums and evaluate their effectiveness.

The role
1. Design and deliver various learning development interventions, including (but not limited to): Technical Insurance, Risk Management, Risk, Management Development, Professional and Personal Skills, Change, using a variety of methods (blended, classroom, remote and 1:1 settings).
2. Delivering to wide range of WTW GB colleagues, external partners and Corporate Risk and Broking - Medium to large clients.
3. Support the GB Retail management team in developing an effective and cutting-edge learning and development programme
4. Facilitate team and individual development using valid and reliable tools, including Webex, and On24
5. Consult with stakeholders at all levels to identify needs, and where applicable, develop and deploy relevant and effective solutions
6. Be an internal L&D expert to be able to advise and inform stakeholders of wider trends in the talent, development and learning arena and to continuously improve offerings
7. Work with the wider L&D, HR, and talent teams across WTW as appropriate
