We are looking for a passionate Kitchen Manager to manage the kitchen at our scenic hotel in the heart of the New Forest. As Kitchen Manager, you'll play a key role in overseeing kitchen operations and food production, producing great quality food for our guests while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene. This role is a practical one that involves cooking and would be perfect for a CDP or Jr Sous chef looking for something slightly different.
Key Responsibilities:
