Meraki Talent is partnering with Technology firm based in the City, looking for a HR Generalist. You will be responsible for supporting within a HR team of three, in all aspects of HR, including employee life-cycle, recruitment, incentives, employee engagement and L&D. This company offers great benefits and hybrid working model. HR Responsibilities: Supporting with the end-to-end employee life-cycle. Being the first point of contact for HR queries. Managing full interview process, scheduling interviews with line managers, conducing skill assessments and qualifications based on the needs of the role. Supporting and identifying learning needs, gaps in teams and what employees need to meet criteria Work with external training providers to coordinate workshops. Responsible for understanding employee's feedback through sending across surveys and ensuring managers are taking this during 1-1s. Based in employee feedback, identify and support implementations of new employee incentives. Coordinate internal events to keep employee moral high. Ensure the HRIS is kept always updated, with each stage of candidate process, and all candidate details. Managing the offer process, negotiating when needed, supporting with offer letters and contract send outs.
