* At least 2 years of experience working as a Geospatial Data Engineer/Analyst.
* Strong experience with PostgreSQL and PostGIS, with confidence in handling geospatial data.
* Proficient in Python programming.
* Familiarity with GIS tools (such as QGIS or similar) for spatial analysis.
* A problem-solving mindset, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
* Work within a small, collaborative team to create geospatial data solutions that help businesses understand and improve their sustainability impact.
* Build and maintain data pipelines to load and transform geospatial datasets using PostgreSQL/PostGIS.
* Manage databases and queries to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
* Source and clean new datasets, ensuring they are accurate and ready for use.
* Conduct geospatial analysis and create data visualizations using various tools.
* Write Python scripts to automate data processing, quality checks, and data ingestion for improved efficiency.
* Collaborate closely with team members, developers, analysts, and stakeholders to provide valuable geospatial insights.
* Contribute to a wide range of projects, from large-scale master planning to sustainability strategies for major landowners.
* Play a key role in developing a cutting-edge platform for analyzing and visualizing geospatial data.
