Excellent Opportunity with busy hotel opening in Oxfordshire
Sous Chef. A Fantastic opportunity had arisen at our client based in the Chipping Norton area for a Sous Chef to work in their new opening Hotel & Restaurant. As part of a hard working brigade you will be assist the Head Chef in serving fresh food for leisure guests in the fine dining restaurant, bar and brasserie. The role is 40 hours a week with 5 straight shifts.
The Role
* Reporting to the Head Chef you will be assisted by junior chefs
* Working in the hotel kitchen using fresh, seasonal ingredients
* Preparing and plating meals for restaurant and bar
* Strong Management skills
The Person
* You will already be a Sous Chef or Strong Chef de Partie wanting to move up
* Able to work unsupervised and develop junior team members
* Have experience of working in a busy hotel Kitchen
* Good attention to detail
Salary & Benefits
Basic £35,000 + Tips
40 hour week. Straight Shifts.
