Aufgaben
1. Lead and direct a team
2. Liaise with key hiring managers on the project to ensure workforce analysis and resource planning is effective.
3. Assist with all staff recruitment
4. Ensure the group in house system MyHR is continually updated alongside the Recruitment Tracker
5. Always 'meet' the hiring manager to take or help create the recruitment brief, ensuring EN Form (Employment Notification) is in place.
6. Provide regular reports/updates requested.
7. To be responsible for the full recruitment cycle.
8. Liaise with the appropriate team regarding full employment checks are carried out.
9. When the hiring decision is made ensure prompt offer documentation is issued. On confirmation of acceptance, communicate effectively to ensure full on-boarding initiated. In the week immediately preceding start date confirm that on-boarding is in place.
10. Proactively research and identifying best practice initiatives and deliver as appropriate – an awareness of external / Group initiatives and taking steps to introduce or tailor for the UK as required.
11. Attend relevant seminars and courses to ensure continual personal and professional development i.e. legislation changes, employment law.
Qualifikationen
12. Probably a graduate
13. Proven recruitment experience with a proven track record in developing and implementing innovative people management solutions at an operational, tactical and strategic level
14. Proven experience and comprehensive track record of managing recruitment within a company structure
15. Solid background in the construction sector
16. Comfortable with the full Microsoft Office suite
17. Fully conversant with UKVI legislation
18. Fully conversant with GDPR legislation
