Location: DE21, Wyvern Business Park, Derby
Hours of work: 09:00 – 17:00 Monday – Friday (37.5 hours per week)
Salary & Benefits: £22,308 Per Annum + Commission Structure

Responsibilities of the role:

Make outbound calls to understand client needs and schedule appointments for our Legal Advisors.

Handle incoming client enquiries and identify the appropriate services required.
*
Assess client requirements and recommend suitable products and services aligned with their unique circumstances.
*
Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients, fostering trust and loyalty.

Update and manage the sales database to ensure consistent client communication and engagement throughout their journey.

Achieve individual targets and KPIs while adhering to business processes and regulatory requirements.

Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to support your growth and the company’s success.
