Location: Booker Magor
Rate of pay: £31,284 per annum
Working pattern: 40 hours per week, 5/7 Sunday - Thursday
Key responsibilities:
1. Assisting with provision and preparation of quality seasonal food, whilst maintaining all standards of quality, food hygiene, and health and safety.
2. Assisting Chef Manager with management of the kitchen & the kitchen team and staff rotas.
3. Providing excellent customer service and communication skills.
4. Adhering to budgetary targets, daily & weekly finance, and stocktakes.
5. Responsible for management of operation of service on days to cover Chef Manager.
6. Flexible attitude to ensure all service requirements are met.
