The Role – What You’ll Be Doing
This is a blended role, covering customer service, admin, and operations support. Your day-to-day will include:
1. Customer Service: Handling queries, solving problems, and ensuring customers get what they need. Our customers expect impeccable service and response times.
2. Order & Stock Management: Processing orders, tracking stock, and ensuring nothing runs out.
3. General Admin: Raising purchase orders, handling partner follow-ups, and supporting the team.
4. Getting Stuck In: If there’s a backlog or a challenge, you’re willing to roll up your sleeves and help.

What We’re Looking For
We care more about mindset than qualifications. If you’re smart, driven, and willing to take ownership, you’ll do well here. Ideally, you’ll have:
* 2+ years of experience in customer service, admin, or operations.
* A natural problem-solving mindset: you don’t wait to be told what to do.
* Ability to stay organised under pressure: things move fast, and you need to keep up.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills: we supply and manufacture for leading brands, as well as our own portfolio. Your communication will have to be on-brand, always.
* A natural confidence: a willingness to step up and take responsibility.
