An established and respected property firm in Kinross is seeking an experienced property professional to join their team in a hybrid role. This position will primarily involve lettings responsibilities, with the opportunity to support and develop skills in estate agency. It's ideal for someone with strong lettings experience looking to broaden their expertise in residential property sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct rental valuations, negotiate new tenancies, and manage legal compliance
Handle the end-to-end lettings process from setup through to key handover
Support day-to-day estate agency operations, assisting with viewings and client management
Respond to tenant enquiries, assess applications, and carry out vetting
Maintain accurate administrative records and tenancy documentation
Arrange and coordinate property maintenance with contractors and tenants
Conduct regular property inspections and report to landlords
Manage pre-tenancy preparations and move-in procedures
Oversee tenant check-out and deposit returns
Liaise effectively with other departments within the business
Experience & Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years' experience in residential lettings and property
ARLA Level 6 (or equivalent) Scottish Residential Letting & Property Management qualification
