Job Description Trainee Sales Executives – Manchester and Lancashire areas Note: This role is field based and requires a driving licence and access to a vehicle, which we compensate via a travel allowance. About the role: We are growing our team of Field Sales Executives and are looking to bring on board motivated, ambitious, customer and target driven individuals with an exceptional work ethic who can quickly learn the ropes and build their career in this field with us as a Trainee Sales Executive. You would be working with a team of customer focussed, driven people and have the opportunity to help build our customer base and brand. Once you are up and running you will be earning commission for each of your sales and we expect you to be leaping into a trained Sales Exec role in no time at all earning a higher salary and commission (moving towards a base salary of c25k and uncapped OTE of 46k). You will receive a thorough induction and full training from our Sales Academy, followed by being allocated a buddy to work with.
