Sous Chef Fresh, Seasonal Country Pub
Location: St Ippolyts, near Hitchin
Salary: £32,500 per annum, with OTE of up to £40,000 including Bonus & Tronc
Accommodation: Live-in available

What Youll Be Doing:
* Supporting the Head Chef with the smooth running of the kitchen
* Ensuring food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness are always a top priority
* Maintaining quality and consistency in every dish
* Helping to lead and motivate the team, fostering a positive and fun workplace
* Working with seasonal menus that highlight local produce
* Contributing ideas and getting creative with new dishes
What Were Looking For:
* A passionate and organised chef who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen
* Experience as a Sous Chef or a strong Junior Sous Chef ready to step up
* A commitment to food safety, hygiene, and high standards
* A team player with great leadership skills
* Someone who values local produce and sustainability
* Reliable transport to St Ippolyts (if not using live-in accommodation)
