Position: Service Desk Analyst, IT Support Engineer
Location: City of London (On-site)
Duration: 6 months FTC
Overview: Service Desk Analyst / Helpdesk Support Analyst required to work for a Professional Services Firm based in the City of London. This role is 100% on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide First Line IT Support / Helpdesk Support.
2. Perform troubleshooting within the Microsoft Technology Stack, including Office 2016, Office 365, Windows Azure, Active Directory, and AV (Audio Visual - ESSENTIAL).
3. Communicate effectively with Lawyers / Partners.
Requirements:
1. Good experience in First Line IT Support / Helpdesk Support.
2. Excellent troubleshooting skills.
3. Strong telephone manner and communication skills.
4. Experience within Professional Services, preferably Legal IT.
