Position: Hotel Manager / Food and Beverage Manager
Athena are currently looking for a Hotel Manager with strong Food and Beverage experience or a Food and Beverage Manager looking for a General Manager position. Our client is an established conference and banqueting venue with a solid track record in Weddings, Banqueting, and commercial conferences.
Key Responsibilities
1. Oversight and support to all departments.
2. Reporting to a Board of Directors.
3. Development and management of Duty Management team.
4. Management and development of staffing in all departments.
5. Ensure the smooth day-to-day running of all Hotel bars and catering operations.
6. Ensure a consistent first-class service to guests.
7. Ensure that company high standards are adhered to.
8. Ensure all sales activity is monitored in line with company policy.
9. Monitor key departmental controls responsible for GP and NP targets.
10. Monitor and comply with all company and legal statutory requirements.
11. Support the hotel in the achievement/maintenance of quality awards.
Hotel Manager Key Attributes
1. Previous experience as General Manager, Food and Beverage or Operations Manager, Hotel Manager or Operations Manager in similar-sized branded or independent hotel operations.
2. Demonstrate the ability to build on existing business adding value.
Hotel Manager Rewards
1. Salary of £50,000 - £60,000, dependent on experience.
