Role Purpose:
To contribute to the success of Esco through detailed, efficient, office support and professionalism internally and with customers and suppliers in line with Esco business objectives. This is a detail orientated role requiring varying tasks working with all departments, requiring good judgement, organization, and the ability to remain calm and professional in all situations.
Responsibilities:
The role of CSIS will be inclusive of but not limited to the following for Esco GB Ltd.
* Ensuring that the service sales targets and margins are achieved
* Coordination with the factory to gain delivery times and costing where needed
* Preparing and following up on quotations by email & phone
* Tendering for service contracts
* Sourcing, calling & maintaining new customers
* Review of Client Terms & Conditions ensuring limited exposure for Esco
* Coordination with the factory to gain delivery times and costing where needed
* Coordinate with engineers to gain information/drawings
* Review of customer specifications to determine requirements
* Aid in compiling customer sales presentations
* Prioritize quotation requests and ensure quote deadlines are met
* Maintenance of the Reddot CRM system, ensuring the on-time follow-up for renewal of new and existing service contracts.
* Maintaining and updating service items in the Navision accounting system
* Sales Forecasts, Sales Reporting/Statistical assessment for BOD reports
* Work with Esco’s marketing department to develop literature, signage, and tools to be used at shows, sales events, and by customers to help Esco achieve their sales objectives
* Coordinating with the Esco marketing department. Collate sales information/contacts for sharing with marketing for e-blasts
* Collaborating with Esco’s Service team to promote Esco service sales and utilize the service team to promote and advise on new equipment sales
* Maintaining Esco’s existing customer database
Qualifications:
* Diploma / bachelor’s degree in economics/engineering, preferably specialized in sales and marketing. Degrees in other fields are welcomed.
* 1 years+ hands‐on customer support/Inside sales experience, efficient in handling paperwork and achieving customer satisfaction is preferred.
* Excellent verbal and written communications skills. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
* Laboratory experience including working with standard equipment such a biosafety cabinet, incubator, fume hoods etc will be advantageous.
* Proficient in MS Office like MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point, Outlook etc, Proficient in CRM systems.
* Proactive attitude and shows responsibility and able to work under pressure.
* Understanding of production and marketing techniques, including production processes and sales analysis.
