Teaching Tomorrow is currently seeking a passionate and dynamic Drama Teacher to join a vibrant school community in Didcot. This is a full-time position currently until Easter, with the possibility of extension.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver dynamic drama lessons that cater to the needs of all students.
* Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where students feel encouraged to participate and express themselves creatively.
* Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
* Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the drama curriculum and contribute to extracurricular drama activities.
* Maintain effective communication with parents and stakeholders regarding student progress and achievements.
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent in Drama or Performing Arts.
* Proven experience teaching Drama at Key Stages 3 and 4, with a passion for inspiring young minds.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students.
* Strong organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
