Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key responsibilities:
Promoting and selling products and services to new customers
Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business
Customer quotations, price negotiations and understanding customer needs
Perform targeted outbound campaigns to promote the business
Work closely with other internal business functions to achieve results
Respond to and follow up sales enquires
Update and maintenance of CRM with customer contact details
Support customers visiting Dams Showroom
Keeping up to date with products and catalogue updates
Work with management on sales analysis of key clients to identify sales opportunities
Experience and skills required:
Sales knowledge with demonstrable success in similar role (essential)
Experience in furniture sales (an advantage)
Commercial acumen coupled with a business development track record
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Computer literate and skilled in the use of MS Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
Self-driven, results-oriented and able to work well under pressure
High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
