Job description We are looking for a Recruitment & Training Manager to be the face of Radfield Home Care in Shrewsbury & Oswestry taking full responsibility for continued growth & development of our team of valued care professionals. You’re a people person, with experience of recruitment processes, candidate attraction, onboarding, training delivery & community engagement preferably within the healthcare sector.
