Service Desk Technician role available in Amersham, UK, for a retail company, with a salary of £28,000 to £31,000.
We are seeking a skilled Service Desk Technician to join our client's head office in Amersham. This role will provide the successful candidate with a deeper understanding of the retail industry and exposure to the organisation's busy IT service.
The Service Desk Technician will be responsible for delivering high-quality, timely support services to the company's warehouse, office, and stores, working on-site Monday to Friday.
Key responsibilities:
* Test, build and configure hardware across the organisation.
* Provide assistance to 250 computer system users.
* Incident trend analysis to resolve continuous problems and drive IT improvements.
* Understand user needs and suggest suitable software and hardware.
Requirements:
* 1+ years of Service Desk experience.
* Experience with Intune, Azure Active Directory, SharePoint, M365 and Windows servers.
* Desirable – Mobile Device Management and ITIL experience.
* Good communication and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
