We have a great opportunity for a passionate and hardworking Sous Chef, who will join our clients fine dining Gastro Pub operation based in Liverpool Street. The Gastro Pub mostly serves the local clientele and since its opening has received various acclaim. The Sous Chef will be serving modern European cuisine with British influence. The top floor has a Roof Garden used for Private Dining and also to grow the kitchens herbs and salads. The Sous Chef will receive a salary package of £38,000 per year. The ideal Sous Chef must have a good attitude and be passionate about cooking.
