Key Responsibilities:
* Production and Quality Control: Assist in the preparation and production of a wide range of desserts, ensuring that all pastries are prepared to the highest quality and presentation standards.
* Inventory Management: Maintain inventory of ingredients and supplies, ensuring that the kitchen is stocked and organized.
* Supervision and Training: Supervise and train junior pastry staff, fostering a positive and collaborative environment.
* Scheduling and Organization: Monitor and manage production schedules to meet customer demands and deadlines.
* Quality Assurance: Participate in quality control, ensuring that all products meet our standards before delivery.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or in a similar role, preferably in a production kitchen or bakery.
* Strong knowledge of pastry techniques and a passion for creating high-quality desserts.
* Excellent communication skills.
