Are you an experienced Sous Chef, looking to take the next step into a Head Chef role?
We have a very exciting role, running our kitchen, at ABode Glasgow. You will be managing a small team, to cover our breakfast and dinner service.
The salary for this role is from £32,000-£40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
The role will include, but not be limited to:

Leadership of a section

Advanced Knife skills

Knowledge of allergens

Understanding of daily covers for the restaurant

Daily ordering for your section
·
Daily cleaning rota
·
Labelling of food on your section
·
Daily kitchen audits
·
Writing allergen matrix
·
Ordering for on Procure Wizard
·
Management of kitchen team
·
Running of service
·
Kitchen staff rotas
