Holiday rising with each year of service Your Birthday Off - after all it's the most important day of the year Christmas Closure in addition to your annual leave Free eye tests & support towards glasses Gym Discounts Our Employee Assistance Programme offering confidential Wellbeing Support Regular events and activities throughout the year including our famous Christmas Party, summer party & Employee Awards Company pension scheme You’ll get involved in: Design and development of training programs (outsourced and/or in-house) Review and improve the induction and onboarding process and deliver this when needed Select appropriate training methods or activities Conduct organisation-wide training needs assessment and identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed Design, prepare and order educational aids and materials Work with subject matter experts to deliver learning on a range of subjects, ensuring the business is compliant and the most effective learning methods are utilised Administer the Learning Management System working with learners and managers to ensure courses are delivered on time and to the required standard Create content for the Learning Management System to deliver bespoke Sales, Management, Technical and Regulatory training as well as identifying and creating training for other functions Educate managers on the importance of development and guide them in creating succession plans for their areas Design, update and deliver all sales training packages with a focus on time to competency and improved sales in each team Manage a small team of L&D Facilitators to identify areas of improvement and design training and coaching programmes to address these needs Create and manage trackers and reporting for all aspects of L&D Define and deliver the sales process in relevant sales teams using external suppliers where appropriate Ideally, you’ll have: Proven ability to complete full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate) Excellent organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments Highly adaptable and able to pick up new skills and topics quickly Evidenced Sales skills ideally in a telesales environment The ability to coach and mentor specifically in the sales arena to improve performance Proven experience in a similar role Hands-on experience coordinating multiple training events in a corporate setting Experience delivering a range of training subjects including regulatory, sales and customer service Adequate knowledge of learning management systems and web delivery tools Familiarity with traditional and modern job training methods and techniques Experience with e-learning platforms Strong knowledge of sales processes and techniques Able to adapt proactively to the demands of a fast-changing environment and develop new skills and processes It would be great if you have: Experience in telesales Experience in a Telecommunications or IT business Who are we?
