Sous Chef - Roe Restaurant
Up to £45K per year, full-time, with previous experience in fine dining restaurants. At Roe, our new restaurant in East London, we're passionate about food and sustainability.
* Previous experience as a Sous Chef in a high-end restaurant
* Proven ability to lead and inspire a large team
* Ability to stay calm under pressure
* Manage food and labour costs, including stock takes, to ensure profitability and budget targets are met.
* Continuously assess and improve kitchen processes to enhance efficiency and quality.
* Mentoring and developing junior chefs
* Monitoring wastage
* Three and a half day weeks
