Tonic are recruiting a Sous Chef for our clients' premium B&I contract catering operation in London. You will support both sides of the operation - staff dining and hospitality - by providing fresh, on-trend menus, including street food, light bites, canapes, s/w buffets, and fine dining events. As Sous Chef, you must be a team player, have a true passion for food, with experience in delivering hospitality to the highest level.
Essential qualities for Sous Chef applicants to be considered:
* A minimum of 2 years experience as Sous Chef within B&I contract catering
* Experience within fine dining restaurants ishighly desirable
* A real team player who enjoys motivating and developing others around them
* Good length of service and loyalty must be shown throughout your CV
* A positive, can-do' attitude is key
