Sous Chef / Strong Chef De Partie / CDP
Salary: c.£15.87ph / £33k based on 40 hours – negotiable
Overtime always available.
Rota: Opening hours are typically 0700-1900, with occasional late functions.
You’d be required to work 5 out of 7 days per week on average and 42.5 hours per week.
Average finish time for Chefs in the winter (excluding Christmas Parties) is around 4pm and in the summer around 6pm.
Experience: Ideally from hotels or conference centres.
Qualifications: Preferably NVQ / City & Guilds / L2 H&S.
Responsibilities:
1. Catering for golf events.
2. Preparing for wakes (after funerals).
3. Organizing weddings and birthdays.
4. Managing Christmas parties.
5. Coordinating conferences.
They do approximately 40 weddings per year.
