Imperium People are delighted to be working with one of Britain's leading Public Sector recruitment organisations to appoint their next leader for their Social Housing team!
Initially, you will be responsible for looking after 5 established recruiters with the remit to grow the team organically with both rookies and experienced hires! In the future, this role could lead to a national remit looking after housing in offices in Birmingham, Manchester and Glasgow.
As well as a base salary, you will be rewarded with personal commission, management bonuses and an annual bonus based on performance.
What are they looking for?
1. An experienced public sector recruiter either managing currently or looking for that step
2. Hard working and entrepreneurial
3. Full UK working rights
4. Proven billing history within the public sector, ideally social housing
