Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning and executing seasonal menu changes
Lead and motivate the kitchen team, ensuring high standards are met

Take charge in the Head Chef’s absence, ensuring smooth daily operations
Develop creative specials and modern classics that cater to customer preferences
