Salary: Basic salary of £22,000 with OTE of £42,000, uncapped earning potential, Company Car, pension, critical illness, life assurance, 31 days holiday (including bank holidays), exclusive company discounts on used car purchases, leasing deals and aftersales service.

* Creating great experiences for our customers, from the moment they make initial contact to helping them discover their perfect vehicle.
* Building your knowledge and expertise on our products and services, ensuring you build a genuine passion for the brand.
* Becoming a true champion of the sales process, driving forwards all new and used car enquiry leads.
* Delivering not just a new car but a complete, unique package to help your customers make the most of their purchase.
* Meeting the required standards for providing fair financial advice and services to our customers, adhering to FCA regulations.
Minimum Requirements:
* A collaborative team player, who is open to new ideas.
* Committed to doing the right thing and treating our customers fairly.
* Has a passion for our industry and the people we serve.
* Be driven to exceed expectations and consistently achieve fantastic results.
* Confident and experienced with computer systems, and a full UK driving licence.
