Sous Chef Needed for a 3 Rosette Kitchen
Our amazing client, a 3 Rosette Kitchen near Southampton, are in search of an experienced Sous Chef. This property is a busy outlet catering for up to 70 covers per service. You would be in charge operationally of a team of 6 chefs and is very much focused on achieving a Michelin star in the years coming so requires an operator who can lead from the line as a true people leader.
