Job Title: Sous Chef
Everyone loves real cooking, and so do we. You'll be doing it with us - fresh guest-led, high-quality ingredients. As Sous Chef, you'll support the Head Chef, leading, engaging, and developing the team daily. You will lead shifts, ensuring the kitchen operates effectively and safely. Attention to detail is key, so cleanliness, hygiene, stock control, health & safety, and top-notch food quality are standard expectations.

What You'll Bring
* Experience as an experienced Sous Chef or Junior Sous/Assistant Kitchen Manager ready for the next step
* Hands-on experience with fresh ingredients, strong kitchen skills, hygiene standards, and food prep
* Leadership by example, positive attitude, and readiness to get involved
* Comfort with KPIs and decision-making in the absence of the Head Chef, including staffing, stock, and food safety
* Excellent communication skills, team management, and relationship building
