We are excited to be seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join the JCA sales team in our Brighton Office, located in the colourful, cosmopolitan area of Kemptown and is just a stone’s throw from the beach!
Our Experience Education business incorporates our fantastic brands, SkiBound, Travelbound, Edwin Doran & Masterclass, World Challenge and JCA Adventure. The EE division is part of the Travelopia Group and is a leading provider of educational travel – offering a wide range of experiences for students in the UK and Australia: from ski and adventure breaks to international travel supporting core curriculum subjects, sports tours and expeditions to places near and far.

About the role:
Working with education establishments our Sales Executive is responsible for promoting, selling and account managing a portfolio of trips across the UK.
What you will be doing:
* Establishing client contact over the telephone and via email
* Converting enquiries to sales and initiating follow-up procedures to ensure successful conversions
* Handling aspects of bookings to deliver a seamless, personalised service. Answering queries from clients on all aspects of their booking
* Successful generation of revenue and volume in line with individual and team targets
* Progressing quotes into confirmed bookings
* Maintaining our in-house CRM system and reservation system
* Maintain up-to-date information relating to current campaigns, special offers, operational changes, product updates, competitor products and offers as required
* Support in implementing new business development activities, capturing market information and identifying decision makers for bookings
* Establish repeat business to aid your personal achievements within the team
* Ensure accurate and responsible administration
What we are looking for:
* Sales, or customer service experience – a confident communicator
* Ability to work as part of a team and on your own initiative with a desire to succeed
* Computer literate with use of Word/Excel and PowerPoint
* Ability to work to and achieve set targets
* Ability to work to deadlines and prioritise your work throughout the day
* Provide and demonstrate excellent customer service skills to clients and colleagues alike
* Ability to quickly grasp new products, marketing initiatives and hold a lateral thinking approach
