Reporting to the Head of Reward, the Executive Reward Manager will be working with the head of reward to provide support to the Reward function with a focus on Renumeration Committee and other regulatory requirements.
The role includes being an expert with executive reward and governance and advising on in-house matters. Be able to build strong business relationships across the business. Establishing a reporting framework and providing information to the remuneration committee on remuneration matters across the workforce. Being able to use data for DDR purposes and RemCo, Gender Pay gap and ensuring improvement to external remuneration reporting. Support with annual pay review and the HRBP’s in market competitiveness and internal pay equity.
The ideal candidate would be experienced Executive Reward experience, good understanding of UK corporate governance code, experience drafting Remco Papers and DRR experience essential. Strong analytical, planning and project management skills, be commercially aware and can think out of the box and build relationships and work across a global matrix organization.
Excellent excel skills and global compensation experience in-house is essential.
