My client is looking for a Customer Support Specialist, to join their dedicated and hard working Customer Service Team on a full time basis. My client is looking for someone who pays attention to detail, enjoys working in fast paced environments and likes to be part of a successful team. This role offers hybrid working after a training period. Duties and Areas of Responsibilities: Maintains and updates general customer data and pricing in the operating system. Manages and enters orders daily. Resolves any customer problems or complaints in a timely manner. Provide quotations to customers. Handles freight quotes. Handles daily invoicing. Manages intercompany orders (communication with sister companies about orders) Works closely together with Production, Sales, Accounting and Shipping departments. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Excellent interpersonal skills Highly organized and disciplined. Ability to work in a very fast-paced multi-cultural environment. Strong client-facing and communication skills Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Products. Hands-on mentality Excellent work ethic and a strong sense of urgency. Excellent problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal skills in English. German, French, Spanish or any other language, is an added advantage
