The Venue
Valliant Live is a cutting-edge event complex with a capacity of up to 3,500 people. It is designed to host various events, including large corporate conferences, exhibitions, trade shows, major touring concerts, stand-up comedy, family performances, and sporting events. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a brand-new venue from the ground up.
About the Role
To support all areas of Premium and conference and event sales. This role will work as part of the Venue Sales Team at Vaillant Live reporting directly to the to the Vaillant Live Premium and C&E sales manager, in their absence the Head of Sales, Marketing and Guest Experience

Key Responsibilities:
1. Serve as the administrative lead for premium partners and sales agents, overseeing ticket sales, managing manifests and seating matrices, and handling contracts for conferences and events.
2. Support the sale of ad hoc packages, performing administrative tasks such as processing payments, issuing tickets, and conducting pre-show follow-ups with customers to ensure a seamless experience prior to arrival. Prepare and distribute hospitality documentation across all departments.
3. Maintain and update weekly records of hospitality sales activity for all events.
4. Contribute to achieving revenue targets within Premium Hospitality and the Conferences & Events (C&E) business by maximizing all sales opportunities during live event days.
5. Promote and sell premium venue offerings and upgrade options to optimize per-event income.
6. Proactively drive sales of off-manifest seating areas to ensure full capacity for events.
7. Work designated event days in collaboration with the Premium & C&E Sales Manager and Head of Sales, Marketing & Guest Experience, leading the Premium casual team to deliver outstanding customer service to guests.
8. Prepare and present hospitality briefings and materials for the casual hospitality team in advance of shows and events.
9. Conduct pre-show checks for the Premium Live Lounge to ensure readiness and quality.
We are looking for someone with:
* Excellent organisational skills
* Strong communications skills
* Proficient in the use of Excel, Power Point, and Microsoft Outlook
* Ability to build good internal and external relationships
* A team player with a flexible and positive attitude to work
* Committed approach to work and able to work under pressure, multi-task and prioritise work
* Use with any ticketing platform (not essential)
* Outstanding customer service skills and the ability to problem solve where necessary
* Ability to work with some direction and to use own initiative
* Good IT and presentation skills.
* A proven track record of working in a customer facing role would be advantageous, preferably involving hospitality and customer service.
